HELP! 6.5x55 reloading data & manuals lost

When I left my reloading notes & manuals to my buddy who wanted to roll his own for his Swedish Mauser, we couldn't foresee that he had to leave for Europe on very short notice. Thus I'm left without data for my range session next weekend. I would like to handload a test series of 6.5x55 for my m/96 using RL 22 behind different bullets:
Sierra MK 140 gr
Speer Spitzer 140 gr
Hornady SP 140 gr
Remington Core-Lokt SP 140 gr
Lapua Mega SP 155 gr

Could you please give me some pet loads (and O.A.L.) for these components from which I could work up MY load.

Thank you very much indeed.

Wildalaska,

Was that with the 140 grain bullets?

You might want to go to all the powder manufacturer's web pages and look for their free loading data for that caliber. It will be limited, but userful. For large numbers of loads, Wolfe Publishing maintains a web subscription service called Loaddata.com with large number of them. It cost to subscribe, but there is much more per caliber than in any loading manual I've seen.

Dan Newberry's Optimal Charge Weight site has the following two loads in commercial Winchester brass:

120 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip
39.2 grains of Varget
CCI 250 Magnum primer
(I use the magnum primer in low density loads for better ignition).

142 grain Sierra Matchking
46.3 grains of Reloder 22 (RL 22)
