WC 860/870 Powder needs a home

Hello All, I have some milsurp powder and can not use it. I have 8lbs each of WC 872/860. I have no firearms that I would use it in. It smells fresh and is kept in a cool, dry place. How can I get rid of this stuff. Thanks MP
