need help with m48a yugo rebarrel
Does anyone know if any of the big ring yogos had small ring threads like the turkish models. Also I am having trouble romoving the original barrel does anyone have any ideas before I have to get out the lathe and boring bar.

Some of those are tight, but I haven't heard that any require drastic measures. If the condition of the original barrel is of no concern, you can use a relief cut to make removal easier. Do note that unlike the standard 98 Mauser, the M48 has a cut in the barrel for the extractor, so the replacement barrel has to be properly aligned, not just torqued up on the inner receiver collar like the 98.

Thank you, do you mean a relief cut to relieve the pressure where the barrel actually butts to the receiever?
