FYI shotgun

It is an over-under 12 ga. He says that there are no other markings on the gun. The person who has it wants to swap it for a $350 Redbone coonhound pup but I can't find any info on the gun. He says it shoots and handles fine and is nice and tight. I don't really need another gun but he really wants this pup.

Anyone ever hear of this company?

What ever it is a better description is in order.
Stock is synthetic or wood?
Choke tubes or no?
Etc.

There are markings on the gun. We need to (at least) accurately know what they say.

On an over/under, you may need to separate the forearm from the barrels in order to see some markings.
