Town Of Geddes NY SAFE ACT vote tonight

Not sure if anyone here is from Solvay or Town of Geddes in New York State, but if you are there will be a town meeting tonight to vote for repeal of the SAFE ACT. Meeting is at 7pm at the town hall. If you know anyone from there please reach out to them and let them know.

4 - 2 vote in favor of petitioning a repeal to the safe act. I know a township level vote may seem insignificant, but it really isn't. this board manages funds for the township police department, and public demonstrations like this raise awareness and let us know where everyone stands. The town hall was packed, standing room only, and we all now know the names of two men who will not be on that board very much longer.

You won't like it, but in this case, Good for him. He had a more immediate but not necessarily more important thing on his plate than the SAFE ACT making its way through the courts.

fortunately the pope just got elected, so the whole shooting thing prob wont make it into the news much. From what i understand the man had a criminal record, so I'ma assuming the guns were all illegal anyhow.

The nutcase in Herkimer has been eliminated !

BTW Bloomberg has contributed $ 10 million to the anti-gun PAC fund .So it's a long hard fight .
