Any news on the Muhs shooting?

Just a querie from down under, we dont ever get any follow up news from cases like these over in the US?

Would just like to know whether they got charged with murder, or if they are likely to wiggle out of it?

I hope the family of the little boy who died are doing ok

from Texas that shot the 7 year old boy when his family stopped to take a leak down the road from the Muhs house a couple of months ago. Was just wondering what has gone on with the case so far?

to loosely quote Ron White re Texas, "Not only do we have the death penalty-we use it!"

We'll have to see how the DA and jury feels though.
