ANYBODY USING 125 gr. PARTIONS IN A 264 MAG ???

This calibre always tends to stir things up and I do love it so ! Up to now have been using a Barnes 130 gr. TSX load and 58.5 gr. of RL 22 . It is accurate but only barely breaks the 2900 fps mark . This last week of hunting deer in the big wide open convinced me I need to kick it up a bunch ! I need to lighten the bullet somewhat and try to retain a goodly amount of the terminal performance to be able to gitter done ! I usually print all interesting threads with load data in them but cant find the one where at least 2 of our group were using the Nosler 125 partions showing some pretty sweet stats for accuracy at 3350(+) fps . I cant remember what powder they were using ,,,,,, if it was H4831, IMR4350 or IMR7828 or ???? I have 3 boxes of these I got in a recent trade and would love to make them fly. Thanks for your help . 10 SPOT

For the 125gr part. imr 4831 with 61.5 gr at 3130 fps or imr 4350 59.5 gr at 3170 should work for ya. These are from a 24 in bbl. Most of the 264s that I have seen had a 26 in bbl. From the test that i have seen the 264 win mag is one of thouse guns that likes the extra inches on the bbl. Some cartidges once they get to 24 inch bbls dont seem to pick up much speed but ive seen the 264 pick up almont 100 fps going from 24 to 26.
