Springfield Armory Store
As you may or may not know, Springfield Armory Store had their
magazines on sale this past week. I ordered 2 XD9 magazines. Springfield Armory Store refused to sell them to me, they said my name did not match the mailing address associated with my card. The bank I use said this was bunk. I am very disappointed in my very first attempt to do business with Springfield Armory! |

So, they refused to honor your card because they thought it might be a fraudulent purchase? Personally, I don't have a problem with them attempting to prevent credit card fraud. As a matter of fact, Sears delayed a purchase of mine because the gift I ordered was being sent to another state. Sears called me, asked some questions and approved the order. I had zero issue with it.
After you contacted your bank and confirmed all information was correct did you contact Springfield again? Generally speaking, they are in the buisness to sell items and I've found they will go out of their way to help you spend your money whenever possible. Additionally, if there is a problem with your card, they might be able to provide more detailed information. If you were attempting to order online, call them. A call will usually clear up most problems.

Standard practice with some online stores.
I took advantage of their 30% off offer. Bought more EMP 9 Mags and another mag holder. Received my order in about 3 days. But they're down the road from me, too...
