"Original" Colt 1860
I have an awfully low skeptic threshold, so it doesn't take much to trip it. Plus, after vacations and remodeling, I have an awfully low bank account threshold, so I won't be trotting out any wads of cash, but I thought that I'd throw this out in case anybody wants to check it out further:
http://listings.zidaho.com/ZIdaho%20...9-0e66d54ca7df The seller says that it's an original Colt 1860, manufactured in 1863 and "marshally marked". For those who consider such things germane, the phone number is in the Council, Idaho area.

"marshally marked". Now that's a good one. Martially is the correct term...BTW, I don't see any inspector's cartouche on the grips.
