100 round drum mags

How do they compare with 30-rounders weight-wise? Are they difficult to load? Can they sit for long periods of time loaded?

dont get a c mag if you plan on giving it any hard use. friend of mind bought one and used it in iraq for a few weeks then broke it. he can most likely get it replaced, but that wouldnt do him a whole lot of good if it had gotten him killed. it functioned well, until it broke. and wieghed about as much as almost 4 30 rounders
