There are a lot of revolvers out there, I don't have, that I am slowly buying. So it would probably be the Colt Python. It is the only revolver that I want I can't afford right now.

My dream gun is a S&W 627 V-Comp PC 3".357 eight shot with removable compensator, target hammer, smooth combat trigger, adjustable front sight, micrometer click adjustable rear sight, cylinder machined for moon clips, Wolf springs, and tuned. Will probably keep it till I die.

I want a Colt's trooper Mk V with a 4" barrel and royaled blue finish. That would have to be my dream revolver.
There is one on Gun Broker right now, but it's already well above my price range. |

I want the Hughes Amendment to FOPA86 gone so I can tap more muzzle gas and rig it to an auto-cocker so I can turn Maurice full auto. I'd use a manually controlled gas waste-gate to turn autococking off.

An Alfa Proj 9mm, 4.5" barrel.
It takes 6 round moon clips, and feels at least as good in the hand as my Ruger GP100 (which is also very nice)... and the Alfa Proj is even cheaper to shoot. http://www.shooterschoice.ca/uploads...169223.jpg?530 |

S&W 642, 4" barrel, adjustable sights.
Would be the ultimate field revolver and a great addition to a 2" CCw.

More Manhurin MR73s or parts, would be a boon to all. Heck, just copying their super short travel lockwork into a Smith or Ruger would be pretty awesome.

I wouldn't mind owning a Medusa Model 47......but they are out of my reach at the moment.
First runner up: Colt Anaconda 6"

Mine is my Ruger Lipsey's model 44 special with its 4 5/8 inch barrel. It is one of the original 2000 they made in 2009 and a great shooter.

Right now it is a Ruger GP100 1705. I am about to realize this dream though. I have one on layaway and should be picking it up the first of December...

Mine is a Smith & Wesson Model 520 .357 Magnum N frame that was made for the New York State Police back in 1980. Think of it as a Model 13 on steroids!

Ruger stop stamping warning words all over there barrels . I'm not that picky ! |

I just had (6) guns fitted with trigger lock plugs. Boy, I'm with you on the warning stamped on Rugers. But I like those guns and am keeping them. Colt...meh. I am so frustrated with prices of guns too nice and too valuable to actually shoot. If they went back into production, we would just spawn a subculture of those who like to reminisce about how much nicer the old ones were. Last edited by Real Gun; October 31, 2014 at 07:08 AM. |

It's pretty simple.
A 480 Ruger Bisley. I wouldn't be picky with either a 5.5 or 7.5 inch barrel. If Ruger doesn't build it soon enough, Bowen will have to do it for me. |

A Smith & Wesson K38 Combat Masterpiece. I currently have a K22 Outdoorsman that I am looking to replace with the K38. K22 is pretty much the same revolver, hell even the same K frame, but there is something to be said be said about the loved .38cal round.
