7.62x51 Casing ID help

Hi All, Found some surplus ammo and cases with the following headstamp and battle pack markings. Need some help in ID please. Battle Pack: 7.61x51mm, Ball, R1 M1, 045B05/81. Head stamp on cartridge: 7.61, B81, R1M1. Thanks for any and all help. ken

Manufacturered in 1981, should be 147 gr FMJ.
