Would love to hear from gun companies

Not sure if there has been any sort of response concerning impending legislation from any of the gun or ammo companies, if there has been I missed it. I am sure a ban on this or that would most certainly have an effect on their companies employing folks, future R&D, or even staying in business.

I know they are kind of in a delicate position but I am curious to hear any official statement or stance they might have.

Any statement made by them will be twisted and used against them no matter what they say. I doubt you will hear one word from that area......

gun firms; S&W....

Most gun companies & major outlets/after market parts will stay silent.
They don't want to annoy or upset any future govt contracts or military-LE procurements.
In the early 1990s, the execs of Smith and Wesson made a plan to please federal LE agencies & shut out private citizens. A lot of 2A & armed citizens raised a lot of #%+= with S&W over it.
Smith & Wesson wanted the $$$ from public service contracts & threw the general public buyers under the bus.
