Locking devices
I am in the process of "borrowing back" my short barrel double which I haven't used in several years. Want to set it up for a closet gun but have grandkids around. How best to lock it so I don't have to worry about them....something short of the bank vault but still relatively easy to use in a hurry? Recommendation appreciated!

Trigger lock is pretty simple and works.

Put a locking doorknob on your closet door and lock it when the Grandkids are there.

As above a commercial trigger lock, or a steel cable down one barrel with a lock, or a snug cable around the open action and locked.

Trigger lock, or take it down to 2 pieces.
