I have a ruger red label over and under with imp. cyn chokes (unremovable) If I wanted to fire shells like 00 buck, or fletchlet, slugs or other rounds will these harm my gun?

the improved cylinder choke is great for moderate range everything. until the sabot slug came about the recommened choke for slugs was 'improved cylinder'. buckshot-sure just pattern the different buckshot loads so you know what to expect at different ranges. One test of open chokes showed 000 buck to pattern the tightest.
Flechette? go back to buck or slugs.
