Remington model 550-1

I have a very old Remington model 550-1 .22 cal. rifle that is worn to the point of being fully auto and was wondering if anyone else knows of this. I want to repair the rifle.

Not hard to rebuild a 550-1, they are a fairly simple rifle, but parts are for the most part unavailable. If you really wanted it restored, it would cost many times the value of the rifle.

I have one of those as well, a fantastic 22 the best bet is to check numrich gunparts or if not them just buy another rifle.
