j frame w/ pinned on front sight

Which models come with pinned front sights? I am looking for a 38 plus P hammerless pistol to put a night night front sight on easily?

Recommendations?

My 60 has a pinned front sight but my 60-4 has a solid front sight. The 60 has a hammer but you can always bob the hammer.

Model 640

The gun that you describe is the Model 640. The no-dash was a .38 spl while the 640-1 and on is of the .357 variety. Shoot all of the plus-P ammo that you desire out of these guns.

The front sight is pinned. At least it is on mine.
