Sounds like a catalog number... Google says it's an American Rimfire?

If so, I have a compact in .22LR and .2WMR. Good rifles for their price, better for me than the Savage or Marlin in the same price range. Good stock, great trigger, decent sights and they use the standard Ruger rotary mags.

Ruger is also offering a .17HMR version now.

the ruger american rimfire is a bolt action that takes standard 10/22 mags... don't know what the rules are on high capacity bolt actions with a detachable high cap mag.
