Blackwater hosts a USPSA club and now Highpower rifle matches. The place you need to get too is Sir Walter gun club in Creedmoor, NC. They have everything, the IPSC club is great, I shot there for years. They also do Highpower, Bullseye, cowboy, etc...

The Range in Oxford does 3 gun and IDPA type stuff. There are lots of other places to shoot too.

Ant-Hill range in Wilmington hosts regular IDPA/IPSC shoots. There are shoots at Ft. Bragg periodically also.

Well, if you are as far East as I am, near Camp Lejeune MCB, B&R range holds monthly IPSC and Close Quarter Combat matches. They are on 9 mile road off of route 24 toward Cherry Point/Havelock, NC.

I go to Fayeeteville (Cross Creek Rifle & Pistol Club) to shoot Vintage Rifle matches. They also shoot High power, Black Powder, and Cowboy matches.

May want to join up at www.carolinashootersforum.com. Active forum for NC/SC folks and could possibly provide the info you're after.

While I was stationed at Ft. Bragg we use to go to Range 1 (http://www.range-1.com/welcome.htm) for 3 gun matches all the time. Haven't been there in a while so I'm not sure if they're still doing matches....looks like it's still for sale.

In Fuquay-Varina, up near Raleigh, there's a place called Drake Landing that participates in IDPA events.

www.drakelanding.net

East of Fayetteville, there's a range in Clinton that also participates in IDPA.

Good luck,
