Making an AR-15 cleaning cradle

I want to make a ar-15 cleaning cradle. Im sure there are some nice ones out on the market but I want to make my own, Anyone made their own and what materials did you use? Pics welcome.

I cobbled one like this together in about twenty minutes out of some old scrap wood I found in my garage. Works great.
