SCUS decision just in! Gun rights win 5-4!!
Here's some great news! US Supreme Court upheld the 2nd Amendment as applying to states and municipalities as well as federal laws. The cities of Oak Park, IL and Chicago, IL argued that the Heller decision did not apply to states and cities, instead that the decision only applied to federal laws, and that cities and states have the right to restrict gun ownership. SCUS says otherwise today.

Are we having a "State the Obvious" competition in this forum today?
