Uncle Mikes Customer Service

I bought a very slightly used Old World leather pancake holster on ebay. A few days after getting it a rivet that holds the thumbbreak snap in place came out.
I gave customer service a call to see if I could get another rivet to fix it, they told me to send the holster back and they'd send me a new one. Their products come with a one year limited warranty, they didn't even ask for a receipt or where I got it.
New one came today, so basically I got a NIB holster for less than $20. Can't beat that deal.
