all depends on what you like better, and what you want it for.

Depends ENTIRELY if you want a PPK. If you want a PPK, Interarms is the way to go.

People love the PPK or completely dis it. But EVERYONE has an opinion about it.

Italian 92fs inox.. I am drooling because I been wanting one of those for years. Is there any other gun that would interest you in a trade just in case I have one?

And no, I would not make that trade.

Isn't the PPK a .380? Unless there's some other PPK that I'm not familiar with, and we are talking about the .380 PPK, then NO WAY! Keep the Beretta Inox.

The Inox has more value than an everyday Beretta, is he offering something to boot?

Have you ever shot a PPK? I remember shooting a Manurhin Walther PP .32 . It was beautiful and a great shooter, but it sliced the web of my hand to shreds. So try before you buy!

"Should I downgrade?"
No.
Iffy reliability, average accuracy, tiny sights that may or may not have been regulated, and one of the worst triggers this side of a DAO Backup.
If you need a CCW weapon, then sell the Beretta for cash and go shopping for a weapon that you can actually hit with.
