H&R 176 single shot 10ga.

i just picked this camo h&r 176 10ga 3 1/2 inch mag. with a 36 inch barrel, in very good used condition with a box of shells. i would like to use it for spring turkey season, is it a good gun? and will it do the job at 40-50 yds if i do my part? eastbank.

I too have a 10 ga 2 in fact a remington sp-10 and a browning bps 10 ga.
the H@R guns are decent it should be good out to 40 or 50 yards my 2 10 ga guns will shoot a good pattern out to 60 or 70 yards. I also had an H@R a while ago the recoil was a little more than either of the 10's I own now. You did get a decent deal and a nice turkey gun just practice with it a lot.
