Training - I'm offering an Iowa Permit to Carry class in the Dubuque Iowa area. I'm an NRA Certified instructor. My course meets the requirements for the new SHALL ISSUE law which goes into effect on January 1, 2011. The cost is $50.00. Contact me for class dates at [email protected] or 563-557-7166.
