870P value

I'm the original owner of a 15 year old 870P and I'm thinking about selling it. It is in like new condition. It has had about 75 rounds of #6 bird shot, 50 rounds of 00 buckshot and 10 rounds of slugs fired through it. The 870P has wood furniture, bead site, 18" barrel with the two round extension. Everything is original from Remington. I Googled it and didn't find much information that was useful. I found prices that ranged from $280 through $550. So I thought I would ask the experts.

I think it is worth a good solid $400-440. The magazine extension alone would be over $60 and the walnut stock would be over worth at least $90
