Speer #11 manual, lists the following for their 100 gr "plinker". Cases were WW, Primers used were CCI-400, Rifle was "M1 Carbine" make not stated.

IMR 4227, 13.5 to 15.5 gr for velocities from 1627 to 1883 fps.

2400, 10.5 to 12.5 gr for velocities from 1526 to 1817 fps.

H110, 12.5 to 14.5 gr for Velocities from 1678 to 1951.

I've had my best accuracy for three US M1 Carbines with 4227 at 14.5 gr.

As always, you should find and abide by a good manual, current in publication.
The above loads were fine in my guns, but yours may and probably do differ as to quality, and safety.
Work up slowly.

Best Regards, Rod
