Rainier 200gr RN load

New guy here and somewhat new to reloading. Will be loading for a glock 45 acp using unique or bullseye. So far I've concluded...taper crimp just to remove flare and don't load too warm.

Which would be the better powder of the two for this and how much of either?

What I have seen, is to use 10% less than jacketed data or use lead data. The only data I have is for 200gr swc, 200gr tmj match, JHP and GDHP. Nothing in the 200gr RN from speer or hornady. Was thinking a starting load of 6gr unique with a col of 1.26 with the rainier 200gr RN.
