Stock .260 Remington Long Range rifle
I want a long range rifle (tactical, F-Class, Varmint) in .260 Remington. I cannot find any rifle manufacturers that offer the cartridge off the shelf in this type of rifle. I would prefer a firearm that comes from a manufacturere known for meeting .5MOA if possible. I would like to avoid third party builds, but may resort to such if I must.

You could buy the new Savage F-class rifle in .308. Then order a screw on 260 match barrel from Pac-Nor.
Or buy a used Savage Varmiter and do the above. You can do this yourself, all you need is the Savage barrel nut wrench and go/no-go gages. |

You could buy a .25-06 instead.
