What the 2nd ammendment is about

No, that is not what the Second Amendment is about.
That is what the Ninth Amendment is all about, but not the Second.

Yeah, the 2A is more about people being armed so they can overthrow the government.

The Founding fathers also had in mind the right for citizens to protect themselves from others / criminals. The 2a is more about overthrowing a govt that is too powerfull.
