stamped primers?

I was at a gun show recently and bought some ammo in a bag, (for the brass). I was looking at in under a magnifying glass and noticed the primers were stamped "rws". Just wondering what that might mean, the case is head stamped weatherby 257 mag, the primer was sealed, which i would take mean handload, although the characteristic semi-circle stamp in the head of fired brass isn't visible.

RWS stands for the Rheinisch-Westfälischen Sprengstoff factories, which became part of Dynamit Nobel in 1931.
