bear in barn

didn't hear a thing after hearing barn door getting ripped open, until after switching guns.

must have been a silencer or no noise slugs in use ?????

A TAD OT but, and don't laugh, I do keep a pair of Hocks Noise Brakers in my nightstand -- they let passive sound thru (which is important) but dampen loud noises, i.e. from indoor shooting, fairly significantly (all to speech level they claim).
