Groundhog hunting

went groundhog hunting a couple of days ago loved every minute of it shooting distances of 350 yards plus

I would love to get in on a groundhog hunt. Not real sure why as they don't seem to be a whole lot more than an overgrowed prairie dog- but a varmint is a varmint and I guess that makes it their birthright for me to shoot at them.

Those particular varmints can also be surprisingly tasty.

Get yourself a young one. After cleaning(removing all fat) and cutting into pieces, soak it overnight in saltwater. Rinse, bread and fry. Mashed potatoes and gravy. Meal fit for a king!
