Pichers'd be good

Also some name plate data.

220.00 could be a steal or too steep.

Just looked em up. Seems you can buy a new one, made by North American Arms for about $230. Can also buy a kit, 250 30gr balls, holster, spare cylinder etc for about $280. May just have to get one.

Probably the .22 Colt Centennial Commorative, a scaled-down M1860.

They are not cap and ball revolvers, just look like it.

They are .22 single shots and will have to be yellow sheeted.

Colt also marketed .22 Short single shot derringers, two in a fancy box, each slightly different in color, as were the "C&B" revolvers.

They are all a POS and shouldn't be fired.

Most missfire and all have pot metal frames and barrels with steel liners in them.

They show up from time to time, people buy them at estate sales and think they struck gold, but they didn't.

Colt cap-ball

It is a commemorative and it only has Colt stuff for markings .
It,s not 22 Rim and not a single shot .
As for pictures it is in a gun shop 20 miles from my home ?

Is this a revolver or derringer type? There were a bunch of these sold a while back by EMF.

Listed for $395 @ Collector's Firearms (above) & $295 on GA (below)

The above are cartridge .22 cal (.22 Short).

AFAIK, Colt never made a .22 muzzle-loading C&B revolver - the only ones I know of are the modern NAA Companion, NAA Super Companion, & NAA Earl (North American Arms, below)
