What features do you want in a holster?

Error in posting, disregard. I wish I knew how to delete a post.

What features do you prefer in a leather holster?

I am going to make some for sale...seems prudent to make what is wanted by others; not what I like/want.
Tried twice to post a poll...did not work, so just make posts relative to what features you would want if you were interested in purchasing a holster as below:

Do you want IWB, OWB, traditional safety strap (as in Bill Jordan's Border Patrol, no safety strap, thumb break, lined, unlined, plain black, plain brown, basket weave black, or basket weave brown, belt loops, belt tunnel, one loop and a tunnel?

I want good retention, ie the pistol does not fall out if I do a somersault.

I want a quick release strap which falls out of the way but does not fall off and get lost.

It should mold to the weapon.

The front site should not hangup when the pistol is drawn.

the material should be quite.

If designed for concealed carry it should allow clothing to flow smoothly over the gun.

In short I want Pappy's original pancake. Oh I all ready have one.
