870 Exp 20ga bbls
I need a short smoothbore barrel for a 870 Express in 20 ga, which came with a 26-inch. The only offering from Remington appears to be a rifled barrel. I want a second barrel, I'm not going to cut the original. Am I SOL?

There's a 21", vent rib Remchoked bbl available on the 870YE, this should be available.
So should the rifle sighted 20" bbl in IC. HTH.... |

So, did anyone actually find these barrels at a price less than buying a new shotgun?

IIRC, the slug bbl(Smoothbore,IC,rifle sights) I added to the 870 YE 20 gauge here ran just over $1C. That was about 8 years ago, I think.
These bbls do seem less than common. That drives up the price, of course... |
