Going price for Colt SP1 Carbine?

What is the true going price for a good condition Colt SP1 Carbine? This is the one made in '80's with no forward assist and the aluminum/coated sliding buttstock?

I see a number of them listed on Gunbroker at price points over $1,600. But, they ain't selling - just wondering if anyone knows what they are actually selling for.

Maybe 1200 to 1500 in a state with an AW ban like Connecticut, where it is considered "pre ban."

One of my sons picked one up last Summer for $1250 in really good shape. I have seen them for as much as $2200 but there not selling them.
