IMHO, they are tied with Graf's for best powder/primer supplier. I usually order from PV if I only want powder or primers, and Grafs if I also want brass or projectiles. I've never had a problem with either company.
Wideners and MidsouthShootersSupply.com and NatchezSS.com are very good too.

Don't know what is really meant by "good to deal with", but I order on line and give them my credit card info and a few days later I always have exactly what I ordered. Never had occasion to deal with them other than that, about three times a year.
