Which of these two chronys is better?

OR http://www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/sto...R+CHRONOGRAPHS Either one can be mounted at 4'. The Millenium even can be had with a 6' mounting bracket, but I'm basically wondering the overall quality and ease of use. Or is a PACT better than either?
