Mossberg 500 Sights

Anybody use these or anything simialr on their shotgun? Are they worth and how hard are they to install?

I have a similar pair on my Mossberg turkey shotgun. I love them. At my age my eyes can't refocus well enough to use iron sights on a rifle anymore, but I can still put the red blur between the two green blurs well enough to hit a turkey's head at 40 yards with a shotgun.

They don't look to be too difficult to install, as long as you have compatible iron sights already on your shotgun.
