Right.
Bubba would never barricade himself behind my couch or heavy chair requiring the penetration offered by 00 buck, and a hold up man in a small family owned store, or jewelry shop, would lnever duck behind cover. If you want to stick with #4 then I'm ok with that. Use 7 1/2 birdshot if you like. Remington just came out with the "Ultimate HD" ammo. It's what I use to hunt geese with. Load your HD shotgun with that.
LE has plenty of specialized ammo to meet their needs, but a shotgun loaded with buck is limited in that capacity--civilians and cops included.
