Posted this in semi forum as well...so if you've already read it.....it will sound familiar.

I've got my eye on a used G21 that appears like new with one exception. The bottom of the ejection port has brass markings on it from the spent cases as they are ejected. Kind of like some of the new Steyr M series pistols I've handled.

Is this normal for a .45 Glock? What can be done to fix it?

Guys, you can get rid of the brass marks by coloring them with a pencil and then erasing it. George

Glock21

Dear sir.
Brass markings on the bottom side of the ejection port is very normal. Nothing to be concerned about at all.
