Cool Grips!!

Bought these from Sarge. They are the coolest looking grips I've owned yet.
They are Desert Ironwood burl and I swear the left grip looks like some kind of bad*** bunny!!

Anybody else got some really sharp grips to show off?

Jim

Wow, the grips are nice and the gun itself is pretty darn nice.

Plastic guns of the world,, they work flawlessly, there easy to carry, they carry 12,000 rounds and have laser sights, night sights, flash lights, grip panels, magazine extensions, intercontinental ballistic missile detectors,,,
But there is nothing nicer looking than a good piece of wood attached to a well made gun
These are French Walnut.

Not the greatest pic, but I just got these rosewoods for my 229 a couple days ago. Love the feel and look of them.

To the OP

I read that and said, "yeah right, cool grips!"

Nice grip plates, I like them.

TBS, a little wierd, but they float my boat, one of a kind I assume.

To quote Donald Sudderland from the Dirty Dozen. They are pretty but can they fight.

How do they shoot.

My favorite, black walnut

Rattlesnake, believe it or not, quite functional. Very no slip grip.

And finally a set I made that I'm kinda fond of.

a couple of mine...

these are a couple NOS 70's Gil Scotty laminate grips that I added some NOS nickel S&W medallions to... mounted on an old custom S&W model 1.5 in 32 S&W

Checkered buffalo horn birdshead grips on my 45 Colt Ruger "snubbie"

pair of original vintage S&W "red" grips for that same old S&W model 1.5
