Senior member!

Okay, I've been a member on this forum for less than a week and I now see it says I'm a 'Senior Member.'

What makes somebody a new member, member, senior ect?

Its got to be how fast you type, me i mostly just read the post and have been on and off for 2-3 years and am content to just be a member.

Senior to me means very little.

not quite. When you hit 100 posts you become a senior member.

Wayne, it's 'cause you have the fastest post-per-minute rate of anyone on the forum!

Hey look, Wayne. Now I'm a "Senior Member" too!

Looks like Clayfish was right on.

They really should figure the "senior member" by combining both total posts and time on the forum. I think it is crazy to be a senior member after only one week, while there are many members under a hundred posts, but have been a member since 2001 or earlier.

Just my 2 cents

The member titles mean nothing. It's just a software switch that changes value after a certain number of posts.

0 - 29 = New Member
30 - 99 = Member
100+ = Senior Member
