Does anybody have any idea about when they supply will catch up? Are we talking months or years?

check your local stores, you might get a pleasant surprise. I know of a couple stores in my part of Florida, who don't advertise that I can tell but that I've seen at local gunshows. They've had stuff at decent (for the times) prices when all of my usual online suppliers were out. From what I can tell there are still primers available at gunshows but you want to get there earlier than usual.

One local store (I won't go in there now) is charging $7 per 100 for primers, so he has 'em and as far as I'm concerned he can stick them somewhere dark and smelly!

Some walmarts, especially in rural areas I have found. Still, hit and miss.

What are you looking for? Cast, plated, jacketed? If you're looking for cast lead, try
www.reloadersauction.com

There's a few dealers selling in quantity jacketed on gunbroker.com as well. I picked up some 125gr. and 158 hp's cheap last month.

Backorder.....

Find a store that allows back orders, and order what you want.

I back ordered a bunch of stuff, and it's slowly starting to trickle in!!

isnt it amazing how are guns are turned into expensive paperweights overnight without a single law being passed!I dont think its a coincidence that the govt decided to buy all the ammo up!

Actually it has been reported that the public is buying it all up. The factories are setting records for production of non military ammo.
