What bullet and brass is this?

Anyone recognize the bullet and brass in this pic? I know the pic's not very good but it's the best my camera will do. The brass is marked with a line and a * on both sides of it. Thanks

Starline brass, for sure. Good stuff.
10mm, if my eyes are still calibrated.
As far as the bullet, I'm not so sure about that.
