CZ Varmint
I just got a CZ Varmint with Kevlar stock in the shop for a customer.
This one is in 204 caliber, we'll mount a scope on it and most likely shoot it today. The rifle sure feels good, does anyone have any experience with this Kevlar stock model in 223 with a 1in9 twist? Best Regards Bob Hunter www.huntercustoms.com |

I have a CZ 527 Varmint with the Kevlar stock in a 1:9 twist.
It shoots great - overall hand load average of 0.508 at 100 yards over 1409 measured groups with bullets from 40 grains to 75 grains. The top 25 hand loads average 0.304 over 95 measured groups and the 10 best loads average 0.261 at 100 yards. It likes 40 to 52 grain bullets best with N133 and H335 its favorite powders but, as you can see, it shoots most bullet weights pretty well. |
