First Action Shoot

This is a quick vid of me taking part in one stage of an IDPA style event. It wasn't sanctioned or anything just some guys getting together.

Agreed, looks like fun, most of these "style" shoots are.
But BEWARE, you were doing several things that would not fly in real IDPA shooting. Most obviously, reloading in the open and not really using "cover."
No matter if you plan never to shoot under standard rules and procedures, but if you expect to get into the real thing, best study the rules.

Looks like you guys are putting together a great indoor match. You should seriously consider getting sanctioned by IDPA or USPSA and help support and promote the shooting sports and firearms in general.

Yeah someone mentioned the cover thing over at the m&p forum. None of us shoot competitively so we mostly just muck about. I am moving across the country around the first of the year and I do hope to start competing in IDPA if I can so I will have to get the rules down.
