California and the Mini-30
are Ruger Mini-30s legal to possess in cali?
its just a standard model in a black/gray regular laminated stock. it has a williams peep sight on it but other than that its box stock... i may end up out there and i dont want to have to get rid of it necessarily... thanks |

i had done that but youll see that the responses are 1 and 2 years old...
since i dont live there im not overly familiar with everything thats transpired since that time... thanks |

I'm not that familiar with the platform, but you should be able to bring your Mini-30. Unless it has an after market stock (with pistol grip, etc.) or a flash-hider you are probably fine. I know I see Mini-30s for sale out here, but couldn't tell you if they are somehow different than those in other states.
