Traditions. Is it a Pietta made revolver?

I see Bass Pro & others sell Traditions. I've seen Tradition RIFLES made in Spain.
Spain made b.p. arms leave much to be desired in my opinion.
I've read (here maybe?) that Traditions revolvers are good buys as they are made by Pietta.
Pietta has stepped up on Q.C. & are pretty darned good b.p. revolvers I think.
I have 4 or 5 b.p. revolvers, a Navy Arms import .36, & 3 in .44, that are Pietta, no complaints at all on any of those.
Thinking of adding the Traditions Bison to my fold just because I like shooting ALL b.p. arms. (have 40 pounds of black

Also have THREE hand built rock locks by Kieth Lisle (birddog6), a fine maker.
Is birddog6 still posting???? Concerned as he's a friend(net) & was ill some
time ago. He built my Bucks County .40 & my American Jeager .58 to period correct schools. Both are GEMS!!!!!

He sold me a "someone else" built with Douglas bbl .45, Davis lock/trigger also.
I'd LOVE to post pics of my 3 rocklocks, esp. the AAA fancy curly maple on the Bucks Co. school .40 & the metal adronment on the .58 Am. Jeager.

Great shooter, not built period correct exactly, might have been a 1st build by someone but the wood is real pretty, lines aren't correct though.
Shoots amazing in spite of not looking quite right. (paid less also)
Sorry 'bout the drift. Interesting in anyone who knows birddog6 status.
He also made up some really fine skinning knives for me.

yep the Traditions revolvers are made by Pietta and the quality is a huge step up from 10 years ago.

oh she is a beauty! The pictures ive taken so far do not give her justice. Cheaper than dirt has the traditions 1860 army .44cal with steel frame for $210
